2022年8月14号,我们山东中医药大学“肝胆相照”三下乡服务队经过一段时间的调查研究,针对各种因素导致的肝脏问题进行分析,并提出相关的养生方法。从而提高人们对肝脏保护的意识和养生能力,这也是维持身体健康、长寿的重要手段。
根据现已有的研究,饮酒、吸烟、饮食不恰当、熬夜、乱用药物和原有的肝脏疾病,均会对肝脏的组织细胞造成损伤,导致肝脏性疾病产生或病情加重。通过详细分析影响肝脏健康的因素,我们可以更加清楚地明确肝脏的养生方向。
适量或少量饮酒并不会对我们的肝脏造成影响,但过量的酒精会使肝脏内的代谢负担加重。因此在酗酒的情况下,患者酒精性肝病发病率会增加。众所周知抽烟会损伤肺部,然而烟草中的部分有毒物质在人体内也需要由肝脏代谢排出体外却鲜为人知。这部分有毒物质会加速肺部、肝部细胞的纤维化,加重原肝病患者的病情,最终导致细胞癌变。“饮食不当”的范围较广,包括误食有毒食物(毒蘑菇、发
霉或变质的食物)以及过量食用高糖、高脂、高胆固醇和高盐的食物等。食用有毒的食物后,食物自身所含有的毒性物质将随血液到达肝脏,直接造成肝损伤;高糖、高脂、高胆固醇和高盐的食物,则是通过影响肝脏细胞的代谢活动,加重肝脏的负担,间接造成肝脏损伤。近些年来,随着社会节奏的加快,熬夜是学生党和上班族经常面临的问题。长期熬夜会使肝脏的工作负担变重,使肝细胞病变的可能性增大。在日常生活中,由乱用药物造成的肝脏损伤问题的可能性并不高。一般来说,药物的获得和使用过程是在临床上遵医嘱进行并完成的。各种销售途径的大量出现和营销人员的吹捧,让各种各样的保健食品(减肥茶、秘方中草药、生发产品等)吸引了人们的眼球。胡乱使用这些没有专业医疗人员指导的所谓“功效型”保健品,也会造成肝脏性疾病并出现乏力、纳呆、恶心、呕吐等症状。最后原有的部分肝脏性疾病(如:乙肝、病毒性肝炎等),也会进一步损伤剩余健康的肝细胞,使病情进一步加重。PABMAGkAdABlAHIAYQBsAHMAPgANAAoAPABMAGkAdABlAHIAYQBsACAAaQBkAD0AIgAxADQAQQAz
